1.winodows > preference 에서 encoding검색 > euc-kr 을 전부 utf-8로 바꾸기
2.pom.xml 수정하기

- 34번 라인 scope에 대해
scope는 4가지의 종류가 있다. compile, provided, runtime, test 이다.
--compile: 기본값. 컴파일시 필요. 클래스 패스에 포함
--runtime: 런타임시 필요. JDBC가 그 예시. 컴파일시엔 안쓰지만 사용시 쓰이는 경우
--provided: 컴파일시 필요하나 실제 런타임시에는 컨테이너같은 곳에서 제공해주는 모듈들. 클래스 배포에 미포함
--test: 테스트 코드 컴파일시 필요. 테스트 시 클래스 패스에 포함되며, 배포시 제외
